About the Role

X&H Beverage Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and portion food items for customers
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers to collect
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their queries
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
