About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at PNP Food Services Inc O/A Subway. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe food handling environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and maintain accurate records of food quantities used.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, and maintain a safe and healthy food handling environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
