Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
    • Sanitize equipment and utensils according to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory, including food and supplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods, lifting, and bending. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
