Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the UX team's priorities, meetings, assignments, and schedules.
- Coordinate the flow of information between departments regarding deadlines, assignments, and priorities.
- Manage and maintain Jira with tasks, assignees, priorities, due dates, meetings feedback, and statuses.
- Establish prioritized sprint and milestone goals for the team in collaboration with the Leads.
- Take on a variety of production tasks as needed to support the production.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in video games, in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of JIRA, Excel, Confluence, and Perforce.
- Understanding of the UI Art/UX design pipeline and needs.
- Familiar with Agile planning.
- Comfortable with coordinating work across multiple time zones.
