Game Development Director

As a key member of the Ubisoft Entertainment team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development of a game from conception to completion. Your role will involve tracking progress, fine-tuning the production process, and ensuring that the game is delivered on time and within budget.

With a thorough understanding of the game's vision and requirements, you'll work closely with the producer and creative director to assess the overall project scope and define the key milestones. Your expertise in project management will be instrumental in establishing the optimal development strategies and budgets.

Some of your key responsibilities will include building the project's organizational structure, anticipating and identifying risks, and developing communication channels to foster collaboration and interaction between colleagues and stakeholders.

You'll also be responsible for monitoring progress, syncing up with the production team, and reflecting on what's working and what's not to evolve our processes and methods.
