Job Summary

Care Connect Logistics is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and confirm delivery of products to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding the transportation of pharmaceuticals
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of pharmaceutical products at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Access to vehicle, driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs and uneven terrain
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical handling and storage procedures
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation and routing software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical delivery or logistics
Working Conditions

Work is performed in a vehicle and at various delivery locations. Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures. May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
