Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, reviewing and tracking backorders with inventory planners and warehouse staff, and offering alternatives where applicable.

You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and other team members over phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with new and existing customers. Additionally, you will work closely with our inventory planners and warehouse staff to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
