Optimize Supply Chain Operations
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Integra LifeSciences Corporation. This role is responsible for managing inventory levels and requirements at local distribution centers, analyzing sales and inventory data, and working with the sales team and Integra planners globally to manage forecasts and safety stock levels.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They will also be proficient in using Oracle software and have experience working with 3rd party products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and requirements at local DCs.
- Create Purchase Orders and requisitions in Oracle.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to inform forecasting and safety stock decisions.
- Communicate backorders and ETAs with the sales team and customers.
- Track incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate priority of incoming shipments to the warehouse team.
- Review forecasts for various product groups monthly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in using Oracle software.
