Restaurant Operations Manager

Brar's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent oral communication and client-focused service.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and preparing budget and cost estimates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring standing for extended periods and walking.
