We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at Techy Logs Software Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users as needed.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage incidents effectively.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
