Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits
- Monitor and improve staff performance to ensure high-quality service
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in managing budgets, staff, and customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field an asset
