Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Organize conferences and meetings
  • Train staff in procedures and the use of current software
