Front Desk Supervisor

At Marriott International, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality services department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- Job Summary: Provide supervisory support to front desk staff, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes, accurate room assignments, and prompt resolution of guest complaints.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff on hotel policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, management, and vendors.
- Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
