About the Role:

  • Job Summary: Provide supervisory support to front desk staff, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes, accurate room assignments, and prompt resolution of guest complaints.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Supervise and train front desk staff on hotel policies, procedures, and best practices.
    2. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    3. Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and cash handling.
    4. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
    5. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, management, and vendors.
  • Requirements:
    • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
    • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and improving operational efficiency
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
    • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
