Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at 10565 NFLD Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Quality Control: Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Guest Services: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in housekeeping and facilities management.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
