Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Hotel North Two. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Quality Control
- Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping operations
- Inventory and Supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of housekeeping supplies
- Guest Services
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work with other departments to resolve any issues that may impact guest satisfaction
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
