About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at 10565 NFLD Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping supervisors and staff to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping services.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that they are adequate and well-maintained.
    • Coordinate the ordering and receipt of new supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests to ensure that housekeeping services are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
Working Conditions

    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
