We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Hotel North Two.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting expectations and providing excellent service to guests.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that all staff have what they need to perform their duties.
- Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure that all linens and uniforms are clean and pressed.
- Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Permanent position.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
