Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our Specialized Services department. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services to clients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment services to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Conduct risk assessments and behavioral care planning, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, using verbal and written communication skills.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and treatment strategies.
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use related discipline, plus two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to integrate best practice and current research evidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
