Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Mental Health Clinician will provide high-quality case management, clinical treatment, and advocacy to clients with operational stress injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, and co-occurring mental health and addiction issues. The incumbent will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual treatment, education, and ongoing assessment of progress to patients using evidence-based modalities.
  • Identify treatment goals with patients and coordinate across broader clinical teams when appropriate.
  • Deliver high-quality psychoeducational and process groups using evidence-based modalities.
  • Case coordination and communication across an inter-professional team both within the company and with external providers.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders in the development, implementation, and follow-up of the patient's aftercare plan.
  • Complete detailed documentation and charting appropriately and in a timely manner in accordance with relevant company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Master's degree program in Counselling, Social Work, Psychotherapy, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration in good standing as required by professional body.
  • Experience in a residential mental health and addiction treatment setting is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of community resources and supports is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of multiple treatment modalities is an asset.
