Company Overview: We are a dynamic and experienced construction company seeking a skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion.

Salary: $33 per hour

Job Description: This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Residential projects and be able to manage all aspects of residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Perform repairs and deficiencies within construction homes/subdivision.
  • C-coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • E nsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, and track project costs.
  • O versee quality control and assurance measures to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
  • F oster a collaborative and positive work environment among project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must have handyman/Carpentry experience in the residential construction environment.
  • Proven experience as a Residential Project Manager or similar role in residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • P roblem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications.
