**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure projects meet design and safety standards.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans, and ensure they are adhered to.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead the project team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Report regularly to senior management on project status, financial performance, and potential risks.
- Manage project close-out processes, including punch list completion and client handover.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- PMP or other relevant certification is an asset.
- Languages: Proficient English & Mandarin
