Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Sunset Inn & Suites. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training: Supervise and train cooking staff, including specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks, to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and preparing menus, including specialty foods for events and banquets, to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in the kitchen.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
