We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Rangeela Modern Indian Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our kitchen staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our menu requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory levels, sales, and wastage.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for our kitchen staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage at all times.

  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to our staff to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.

  • Support for Mature Workers: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Permanent Employment: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English is the primary language of work.
