Job Summary

Momentum Financial Services Group_new is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Enterprise Risk function that aligns with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Risk Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive risk framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across various departments.
  • Lead Enterprise Risk Committee: Serve as secretary to the Enterprise Risk Committee, ensuring effective risk governance and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Compliance: Partner with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and Deliver Key Controls: Develop and implement key controls to mitigate risks and ensure the effectiveness of our risk management processes.
  • Risk Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through effective issue management.
  • Model Governance: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of risk models and data.
  • Audit Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for audit-related matters.
  • Policy/Strategy Document Ownership: Develop and maintain policies and strategies that align with our company's risk management objectives.
  • Vendor Oversight and Audits: Partner with vendors to ensure effective risk management and report vendor risks to the risk committee.
  • Develop KPIs and Dashboards: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop key performance indicators and dashboards to monitor risk exposure.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Audit, or Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certifications: FRM, COSO, or similar certifications.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise Risk management, Operational risk management, Governance, or similar.
  • Management Experience: 2+ years of management experience.
  • Policy Governance Experience: Experience working with policy governance.
  • Skills: Advanced PowerPoint skills, with general proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
