IFG International Financial Group Ltd is on the lookout for an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust risk management practices are in place.

  • Work closely with the Director to refine and expand a detailed enterprise risk framework, emphasizing data analysis for uniform risk oversight.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and upper management to evaluate risks associated with system operations, fostering effective risk reduction strategies.
  • Implement a comprehensive approach for organization-wide integration of the risk framework, ensuring it is embedded within risk management operations.
  • Oversee targeted initiatives related to enterprise risk, delivering valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Encourage a culture centered on customer satisfaction, high performance, and inclusivity while adhering to the organization's risk tolerance and values in everyday tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management within the financial sector.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups) and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting designation (CPA), CFA, or MBA.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI.
