Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Supply Chain Planning and Optimization efforts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Planning:
    • Develop and implement supply chain plans to meet business objectives, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, including lean and six sigma methodologies.
    • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and drive improvement.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize overstocking.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to negotiate inventory agreements and optimize inventory levels.
    • Develop and implement inventory reporting and analytics to measure inventory performance and drive improvement.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with customers, sales, and marketing teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
    • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain training programs to ensure that all stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to support supply chain operations.
  • Department Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business objectives and drive improvement.
    • Develop and implement departmental goals, objectives, and metrics to measure performance and drive improvement.
    • Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and implement company-wide goals and objectives.
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
    • Proven track record of driving supply chain improvement and achieving business objectives.
    • Strong knowledge of supply chain software and systems, including SAP/APO and Blue Yonder.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
