Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while also ensuring that they are profitable and aligned with our business goals.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting our high standards.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Customer ServiceEnsure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Financial ManagementManage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements- Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
ExperienceA minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role is required.
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Physical DemandsThe ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
