We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at 7 Enoteca. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our bar team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, set schedules, and provide training to ensure a high level of service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the right products at the right time.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and advise on wine selection.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
