Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at 7 Enoteca. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our wine selection and service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train bar staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our wine selection and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of wine and other bar supplies to ensure we are always stocked and ready to serve.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Wine Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our wine selection, including wine styles, regions, and pairing recommendations.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including managing cash handling, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years or equivalent experience in a bar or restaurant management role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
