We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at 7 Enoteca. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality drinks.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase bar sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
- 3+ years of experience in a bar management role.
- Proven track record of increasing bar sales and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits, including wine service and pairing.
