Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 4912 N.W.T. Ltd. as a key member of our hotel operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional support and care.
- Manage the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring business continuity and customer service excellence.
- Requisition materials and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient hotel environment.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in hotel operations or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
- Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing hotel needs.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
