- Lead a talented team of direct reports from Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Production, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, particularly within our small manufacturing operation.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and creativity among your team members.
- Oversee daily operations, spending 90% of your time on the production floor, directly engaging with the team.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably within the food production industry.
- Degree in engineering or a related field, equipping you with the technical expertise needed for success.
- Proven track record of leadership and achievement, with a focus on driving results and delivering operational excellence.
- Experience with SAP and a strong understanding of production, quality, and EHS standards.
- Growth mindset, with a keen interest in expanding your responsibilities and making a positive impact on our organization.
