About the Role:

As the Director of Operations and Production Management, you will be responsible for leading our regional operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest level of service for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  1. Industry Experience: You bring 8-10 years of work experience and experience in a similar role, preferably within the food production industry.
  2. Educational Background: You hold a degree in engineering or a related field, equipping you with the technical expertise needed for success.
  3. Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of leadership and achievement, with a focus on driving results and delivering operational excellence.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP and a strong understanding of production, quality, and EHS standards are essential.
  5. Growth Mindset: You possess a growth mindset, with a keen interest in expanding your responsibilities and making a positive impact on our organization.
