The job requires acting as point of contact with key stakeholders for Service business unit, managing Business Information Solutions demand in collaboration with Core functions and Business partners applying an end-to-end view, and initiating projects including effort estimation according to project management framework in coordination with other IT departments and external partners as needed.
Additionally, the job involves leading the creation of functional designs to improve or develop standard IT (Building Blocks) and services, translating needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring completeness of system requirements in alignment with Bombardier strategy, securing high quality standard, promoting standardization, integration, and fostering innovation, and developing end to end understanding of business process, vision and IT best practices.
Typically 5 or more years professional IT experience in one of the IT functional areas is required, along with 2 years of experience as a working lead and/or supervisor, experience with Maximo solution as a subject matter expert or senior developer, a proven track record in the successful implementation of Maintenance Management System (MMS), and good verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
