About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Innovation Strategy to join our Product Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our products and experiences through advanced innovation principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support critical decision making on moving a concept from idea to commercial-ready product
  • Accountable for supporting scaling of innovation within the business
  • Support the research and make functions across Product Innovation to bring innovation concepts to life in an agile way
  • Lead a team who support enabling the ideation, creation and commercialization of net-new innovative apparel & accessories
  • Support in driving our unique points of view to effectively show up through innovative solutions, ensuring the right balance is held Research, Insights, Product Creation & Advanced Materials teams
  • Responsible for initiating & maintaining collaborative x-functional partnerships across the business to bring innovative product concepts toward commercialization, including partners directly responsible for Product Creation as well as supporting teams like Product Education & Retail

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years' experience influencing product creation, business 'thinking' and unlocking new knowledge
  • Proven entrepreneurial leader with a strong ability to engage and build relationships internally and externally
  • Applied solutions to influence the generation of scientific insights and have an obsession for health and sport
  • Specific experience in working with hugely diverse groups of athlete demographics across the world
  • Ability to work with depth and breadth across multiple, complex and simultaneous cross-functional projects

Workplace Arrangement:

This role is classified as hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
