**Job Description:

We're seeking an accomplished Pastries Baker to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a pastry specialist, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes according to recipes or special customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dough Preparation: Prepare dough for various baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection, frost and decorate cakes, and prepare special orders with attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain efficient inventory levels.
  • Team Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, fostering a culture of excellence.
