Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

iHaul Logistics Inc. is seeking a skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. This role involves developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing work to accomplish objectives, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational logistics plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient work processes
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Establish and maintain inventory systems
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
Work Environment:
