Manager, Employee Experience and Communications

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Employee Experience and Communications to join our Canadian Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our Sales Effectiveness team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, client experiences, and communications initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute employee experience and engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver dynamic events, programs, and initiatives that promote a culture of recognition and engagement.
- Lead the development and execution of internal communication tactics and strategies to ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Manage project communications through internal channels and collaborate with peers and partners to maximize employee consumption.
- Support the Senior Manager, Business Planning & Communications in the development and execution of the annual business planning and communications strategy.
- Minimum 5+ years of Business Communications and Employee Engagement experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated great project management know-how and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, dealing with time-sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and operate independently with a high level of autonomy.
Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Normal sensory attention is required. In order to provide a high level of service, prompt and timely responses to Canadian Commercial Banking leadership and key stakeholders is required.
