Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our store operations and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for executing the store plan, achieving established standards, and promoting Wendy's in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing and personnel training to maximize customer satisfaction
- Developing and executing a local store marketing plan to respond to market conditions
- Maintaining adequate bench strength in the management team and ensuring co-manager has adequate crew depth for each shift
- Trained store personnel to execute procedures for preparation and serving of quality products
- Ensuring store cleanliness during shifts and executing cleaning plan through delegation to the management team
- Training store personnel in company standards and managing a development plan for each manager
- Managing production labor control and food cost control using flowcharts and store schedule and positioning system
- Maintaining safe working conditions in the store and following company policy for cash control and security
- Managing employee files and time cards strictly in accordance with policies
- Conducting manager meetings to facilitate communication with management and crew
- 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
