Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The UPS Store 109. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally, including customer requests and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory, including stockroom and display areas
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including performance reviews
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Standing for extended periods
