Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at ONWARD IMMIGRATION & EMPLOYMENT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, and working conditions
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for selection
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
  • Recruit and hire staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
