- Generating daily production schedules and discussing with the GM to optimize departmental efficiency
- Managing materials usage and investigating waste and departmental stocks
- Monitoring compliance with Compass policies and procedures
- Planning labor usage to manage costs
- Ensuring proper function and monitoring of cooking, chilling, and metal detection systems
Requirements include:
- Proven leadership experience in a production line or team
- Knowledge of HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practice
- Knowledge of best management practices
- Good computer literacy
