Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information and Security Officer to join our executive and leadership group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing Influx's cyber security and increasing clients' confidence through information and data security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information security management policies and procedures
  • Lead policy development and implementation across the organization
  • Serve as an expert advisor to promote company-wide information security design practices, policy, and control frameworks
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to drive business growth and strategy
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal skills in English to communicate with international clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8+ years of working experience in the IT security industry
  • ~5+ years of executive or management-level experience in systems security in consulting or operations
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and risk management
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills in English
  • Additional Cybersecurity certification (e.g., Familiarity with data protection laws such as GDPR, HIPAA)
