About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agriculture Technical Advisor to join our team at Kenna. As a key member of our agri-business development team, you will play a critical role in helping growers achieve their goals through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound agri-business planning sessions with Canadian growers to uncover their needs and provide tailored agronomic solutions.
  • Manage the flow of transactional information from opportunity to demand generation, and coordinate the involvement of our field representatives when required.
  • Provide inbound technical agronomic support to growers, retailers, and business representatives, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Capture key discussion points from conversations with customers and clients in a call record used for metrics, future relationship opportunities, and market intel.

Requirements

  • Results-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think independently, problem-solve, handle objections, and manage expectations.
  • University degree or diploma in Agriculture or other science-related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience and proficiency in MS Office Products.
  • Previous experience in sales is preferred.
