About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Agriculture Technical Advisor to join our team at Kenna. As a key member of our service and support hub, you will be responsible for providing expert agronomic solutions to Canadian growers, helping them maximize yield and achieve their business goals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct outbound agri-business planning sessions with Canadian growers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage the flow of transactional information from opportunity to demand generation, and coordinate the involvement of our field representatives when required
  • Provide inbound technical agronomic support to growers, retailers, and business representatives, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assume full ownership of incoming client calls, ensuring a consistent positive customer experience
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our products, tools, and services to best support customer requests and needs
  • Capture key discussion points from conversations with customers and clients in a call record used for metrics, future relationship opportunities, and market intel
  • Please note that this role is currently remote

  • A willingness to learn and have an active awareness of current industry topics affecting Canadian agriculture
  • Exceptional customer service over phone and email

Preferred Qualifications



  • University degree or diploma in Agriculture or other science-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products
  • Previous experience in sales is preferred
