About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Solutions Associate to join our team at CC&L Investment Management. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their investment goals are met, and providing proactive support to our investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide timely and effective support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Investment Solutions: Collaborate with our investment professionals to develop and implement investment solutions that meet our clients' needs and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and workflows, ensuring we maintain the highest level of service to our clients.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the investment management industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
