Job Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team at Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management Ltd. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, with experience working in the investment management industry. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws, as well as providing guidance and support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, including those related to securities, financial institutions, and consumer protection.
  • Regulatory Research: Conduct research and analysis on new and existing regulations, identifying areas of risk and opportunity for the company.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and colleagues, to ensure understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or finance.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and laws, excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
