Job DescriptionThe Private Client Associate will assist the Investment Counsellor and other members of the team in providing daily portfolio maintenance and administration and superior service to RBC PH&N Investment Counsel high net worth Clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving client inquiries, administrative errors, etc.
- Providing support to the administrative activities and responsibilities of the team
- Ensuring trades are processed accurately and on a timely basis
- Managing all aspects of account opening and documentation and maintaining client cash flows and balances
- Maintaining records and files and attending client meetings as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the Investment Industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- The ability to work under high pressure

- A competitive salary range of $41,000 - $60,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status
