  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support the team's administrative needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to take on new challenges.
