**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at our head office. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage office space decluttering and organization
  • Assist with filing, organizing boxes, and removing unused binders
  • Regularly verify, clean, and tidy conference rooms, kitchenette, mail room, printing area, and washrooms
  • Test audiovisual equipment in all conference rooms
  • Verify regularly paper and ink cartridge supplies for all printers, refill and replace as needed
  • Check paper and ink cartridge supplies for all floors and inform the person in charge of orders, if necessary
  • Remove, bundle, and dispose of unneeded cardboard from the print shop and other areas for recycling
  • Recover unused computer equipment and return it to IT
  • Empty and clean cubicles, working tables, and filing cabinets
  • Assist in the removal or replacement of cubicle divisions and move furniture as needed

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in commercial cleaning or administrative tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Punctual, reliable, and responsible
  • Good communication skills
